Every project begins with a detailed estimation based on your plans, site information, and project requirements. We carefully assess the scope of works, materials, labour, and equipment to provide a transparent and accurate quotation. Our goal is to eliminate hidden costs and ensure you have a clear understanding of your investment before work begins.
Once the quotation is accepted, we arrange a site visit to confirm measurements, discuss project details, and answer any final questions. During this meeting, the contract and quotation are signed, project expectations are confirmed, and the construction schedule is established. This ensures both parties are aligned before works commence.
Payments are made in accordance with the agreed milestone schedule outlined in the quotation or contract. Each milestone is invoiced upon completion of the corresponding stage of works, allowing clients to pay only for completed progress. This approach provides transparency, maintains project momentum, and ensures all works are completed efficiently and professionally.

MILESTONE PAYMENTS
Construction begins on the agreed commencement date, with all works completed in accordance with the approved plans and specifications. Our team maintains a clean, organised, and safe worksite while keeping you informed of progress throughout the project. Quality workmanship and attention to detail remain our priority from start to finish.
